How Can persistent Bloating,chest Pain And Vomiting Be Treated?

I am experiencing difficulty swallowing, constant bloating, diarheah, occasional vomiting, and moderate pain on the right side in my neck, shoulder and entire arm that is constant. I also feel extremely tired and foggy. I also hav intermittent right side chest pain just above the breast and into the armpit
